Debra comes from a long line of entrepreneurs.  In the 1950s, her grandfather owned a dry cleaning business in the deep south, Mississippi.   Her grandfather inspired her father to start his medical services business in Central California.  The legacy continues with the launch of Montage Careers, LLC.  Her focus is to provide professional counseling and guidance to executives and managers.   She is passionate about helping clients prepare for their next career opportunity by coaching, resume review, and mentoring. Debra is also a retired finance executive with over 30 years of public pension fund experience.
